The interview process is quite easy. The problem was the follow up of interview, which was ridiculous. On one of my interviews, I received no return call or replies by email. That's unprofessional.

Email request followed up by a single phone call. The discussion was very straightforward. Interviewer was pleasant and professional. Basic cut about previous experience and skill sets. I was comfortable with the process.
