Why do you want to work here And then they focus on your CV: You have done this in the past and what was the outcome? What was your thinking process? What would you do differently? Etc Following by job related questions: 1. In this job we require strong coding/excel/sql etc, please give us example when you have built a tool, what was it and what was it used it etc Basically process I straight forward and they come back to you within a week
