It was a two-step application process. First, I received a phone call. A member from the department, where the position was located asked me about my technical background. Basically, only questions about my CV and also about my motivation. Second, I was invited to an in-person interview. A person from HR and two supervisors from the department interviewed me. It was more about personal back ground not so much technical anymore. Also, many behavioral questions. No typical interview questions.
