Interview process was very unorganized. I felt that the Director/interviewer was not prepared at all which left me in an awkward position of mainly asking questions and navigating the conversation. Overall, I felt that I did my absolute best and was happy with my presentation during the interview. The director told me to specifically follow up with her a week after the interview to schedule a second one. I did just that and the director was very abrupt on the phone and unprofessional in the way she interacted with me. She said she would call me back but she never did. I felt that I did not get the role since I was over qualified.
