1. Online application. 2. Phone interview. On the day of the phone interview, I was emailed 15 minutes before the interview and asked if I could reschedule it. When the phone interview took place, the interviewer didn't ask me any questions. Only spoke about the company and said they would get back to me in one week and I have never heard back. Gave me a bad impression of the company.
