3 hour long phone interviews then an 8 hour in person day with 6 back to back interviews. Some of the people I interviewed with seemed like they had better then me attitudes and honestly made me feel very unsettling, especially their collaboration managers. I knocked the interviews out of the park and the design exercise without even having any reference really on any background of the project they gave me. Let alone giving me a project that had nothing to do at all with the actual job that I would be hired for. In the end they didn't even move forward with any candidates and I have seen this already happen 3 times before I applied for the position, should of seen that as a red flag. Seems no one is good enough for their snobby click and they completely waisted so much of my time during a period of a month mentally and physically. They even had the nerve to say please apply if you see another one of these roles open... ummm I wouldn't tell anyone to waste their time and energy on Riot Games.
