When I arrived, front desk lady was nice and informed the hiring managers to interview. If you are of any color and have to interview with 3 white men, just say goodbye to this job. I had to wait until all 3 was available to do interview then waited for 35 minutes, Waste of time! During interview, this guy asked me about the OSI model and I got it correct. I knew the director so he referred me and I have several certifications. I still have no idea why I did not get this job.

The interview process was straightforward and amicable, with the hirers creating a welcoming atmosphere. They were approachable and friendly throughout the interview. However, they did not discuss some of the key performance indicators (KPIs).
