I submitted my application through their careers website and was contacted via email for a phone interview within 24 hours. I scheduled the phone interview through the link provided and awaited the call. The call came in when I was told it would and lasted approximately 30 minutes. You can tell the person that does the first phone interview only does a basic version that allows them to match up what you write within your resume. I don't believe the interviewer does anything but these first calls for Ricoh and many other companies. I'm currently awaiting their email for the next step in the process, the questionnaire / personality test.
