received an email to schedule an interview for the following 2 days with 3 different time slots. It took the recruiter 15-20 minutes after my scheduled interview time to come and get me from the lobby. Interviewed by 2 people manager and supervisor for the dept. Both seemed genuinely interested in me and I thought I had the job. They asked typical questions like describe a time you had a disagreement with a manager and how you resolved it. After the interview the recruiter went on to explain the details of the job, benefits, the schedule including OT offered. I just knew I had an offer waiting for me. When I got home I got an email asking me to do a survey. A couple of hours later I checked my application status on their website and it stated we have decided to move forward with other applicants. I couldn't believe a decision had been made so fast however, I guess that just goes to show that employers already have their mind made up.
