I was asked to take a 1.5 long assessment, went through two Skype interviews and then had to retake the assessment and was proctored the second time around. The first interview went through my resume with me and just verified information. The second interview went into depth about the position and again asked me questions about my resume and past experiences. They were also very adamant that interns would paid roughly $9.00/hour.
