I had to take an aptitude test and then I had an interview with a human resources personnel on the spot. The text was not to difficult but it was good that i studied for it prior to taking the test. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to take the test.

They were very professional. I applied through their website online and after a few months they responded. I received an email to take an online assessment and then met with them for an interview.
