The application for Reynolds is a joke, its basically at seven or eight part test that has nothing to do with anything you are going to be doing with them. I spent 3-4 hours doing the application which is absurd. Save yourself the time, while the job title sounded awesome and the pay was great, the test isn't worth your time.
