They will do anything to get you in the door to do their computer testing which takes ~2 hours. It should be a clear sign that this place is a revolving door of underpaid, entry-level people who do not know any better. When there are 20 other people in a room with you all doing the same knowledge tests, and there are hundreds of people in there a week, your chances of getting interviewed are pretty small. Why is this company always hiring? It should be said that if they're always hiring a whole bunch of people, you probably aren't going to be there long if they ever call you back. Wasted about 4-5 hours of time just to receive a form letter that they aren't interested.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
