You apply on line and then if they like your resume, you have to apply again on a website and then take a hard assessment on vocabulary, personality, math etc... to even get an interview

Received several emails to attend and aptitude test. Didn't even get a reply after the aptitude test. The company ethics and management should look into making the process easier by replying applicants so they don't keep waiting for a response.
