I was sent an email saying they would like to move forward with my application a couple weeks after I originally applied. They sent an examination for me to complete that consisted of, and I wish I were exaggerating, about 2-3 hours of timed basic math, vocab, and pattern questions. I felt like I was taking the SATs again. Nothing job specific, very basic, and a HUGE menial waste of time. Very disrespectful to ask candidates to complete this unless they were further along in the process.
