The interview was pretty standard, the girl interviewing me was very young. There may have been a pre-interview via skype before the main girl came to interview me, but I don't remember. Once we got to the end she asked me where I got my starting salary number from, which was only 45k, she then went on to ask how much flexibility I had with that number. I told her that 45k was the bare minimum I was willing to accept, and I never heard from them again. This company is a joke and survives by taking advantage of young people fresh out of school who need a job to get their parents off their back.
