Applied online, took an online aptitude test which I will discuss shortly, and then Skyped with a recruiter.
The aptitude test is insanely ridiculous, and not in the good way. It was literally a 3 hour test that was all about guessing what the next shape was in the sequence and literally made no sense at all. The test had absolutely NOTHING to do with how anyone's skills or qualifications are right for the job, and literally by the middle of it, I honestly didn't even want the job anymore because of this ridiculous exam.

A very difficult wondelick test. If it he the test isn’t passed you won’t progress to the interview phase of the hiring process. The test is 12 minutes to answer 40 questions correctly.

Phone interview asking general questions. They said they would forward it to the manager of the team, and then radio silence. They continued to email back as if progress was being made and my application was still being considered, asking for documents and such. Then ghosted me.

The whole interview was planned through linkedIn messages, the recruiter called me on my personal cellphone and the interview itself was very friendly and interesting. Hopefully they get in touch with me again
