I applied for an outside sales position with Reynolds and Reynolds and was contacted the next day. I was asked to complete a test within several days which I did. Unfortunately, if you do not pass this test than you will not move on REGARDLESS of your prior experience. This test was VERY long, boring and frustrating. Additionally, you cannot even use a basic function calculator! Which made this test worse than the college entrance exam the ACT/SAT. For someone who has +5 years of sales experience and works for a Fortune Best 100 Company to work for, I found Reynolds & Reynolds hiring process ridiculous... Reynolds and Reynolds isn't even all that good of a company.

Their interview process is very outdated. They go by what’s on paper rather than who can actually do the job. Be prepared for a very lengthy and drawn out interview. First you take an hour of test just to apply. If you pass you then have a phone interview with a recruiter. After that you have a Skype interview with the recruiter asking the same questions. If you make it past that, you’ll have to fill out more paper work about yourself. All this paper work and they haven’t seen if you could even do the job yet. Once you Skype the recruiter you have either 1 or 2 more interviews with higher ups and then you’ll have to take the first test over again but this time it’s proctored. After that comes offer. The process is too long and out dated.
