Entretien
It seems like a giant market research campaign to find out what kind of people drive what type of car. First they have you do an IQ test. Then they have you fill out a form with personal info like if you're married, what kind of car you drive and how much you pay on it per month. This was the impression I got of the process. Once I had the skype interview with the recruiter (he was in Dayton where I was applying to, I was in California) and he forwarded my forms to the department that was all she wrote, rejected the next week. The recruiter was a nice guy. Don't believe them when they say they hire high school grads for this position and train by the way, I have a degree in computer science and didn't even get an interview with the department. I would suggest avoiding this process entirely unless you're pretty desperate and are willing to spend at least 3-4 hours over a few weeks filling things out and interviewing to more than likely get a rejection letter.

An hour of IQ test questions, then in the interview with the recruiter just basic strength and weakness questions, and then the last form I filled out before being rejected, what did you take away from your military experience, questions about smoking, spouse's parent's occupation, what kind of car do you drive and what are the payments, how much child support do you pay, why reynolds, etc.

First there was a interview with HR about basic background: past jobs, why you chose your major, clubs/extracirriculars, strengths & weaknesses. Then a interview with the manager who asked technical questions (arrays, BST, stack, queue). Then a final in-person interview about 2 hours where current software devlopers asked about your projects and then other reated technical questions with some behaivoral.

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
