The questions for the aptitude test are too rigorous and the time is too short. I spent more time preparing for the aptitude tests, yet I couldn't do much of the questions. I still don't know the relevance of those questions with the position applied for. I don't Reynolds & Reynolds' style of recruitment would actually get them the best candidate.
