I started with a quick phone interview and followed that up with a personality/aptitude test. After that they called me the next day for another interview. The interview was a standard one with no trick questions or extra challenges. They focused a lot on availability, educating me about the company and discussing future plans. It was a easy interview and I have the next one coming shortly.

Insulting. Forced to take arbitrary assessments. Math questions that have nothing to do with technology(the actual position). I didn't take the assessment once I realized this company rather force applicants to take some ridiculous test, then to have HR do their actual job. Losing out on good applicants.

After sending in your resume, a recruiter would email you. Next is a followup email containing a link to tfapply with an application and personality assessment. Then you head over to the recruiting department to begin the aptitude test followed by an initial interview with an HR rep. Once that's done they will send you in the test area again to fill out last few questions along with an opinionated survey. They will contact you back in 3-5 days. If they decide to bring you back in, you would have a 2nd interview with a manager of the department you applied for. After that interview, the manager will send all his written notes and papers to his boss for them to either review or sign. You'll be notified within 3-5 business days if you've been accepted to receive an offer or not. I noticed that throughout every interview they try to stir you into working a different position than what you applied for. Anyways, the amount of time wasted waiting for a response back is more effort than it's worth. Considering that Reynolds pay substantially lower than your average employer, it's better to consider working at Reynolds as a last ditch effort if you don't have any other job offerings.

I received an email with links to online personality assessment and logic, general knowledge and basic math assessments. It was long, tedious and boring for someone that's been out of school for a long time.
