There was like 4 interviews and two rounds of testing. The first one was two hours and had math tests, personality tests, technical aptitude tests, IQ tests, vocabulary, etc. The second round you redid the math and IQ tests while being proctored. You could do both from home since they were over Skype as were all the interviews. It was intense. At the end was a drug test.

I applied for a job, got 2 emails from a recruiter asking me to take additional steps, as they were interested in proceeding. I took about an hour and a half of my time completing a brand new application, and doing very well on their assessment. Then, 2 days later, I got a rejection email, without so much as a phone call. I found this unprofessional enough to share my experience. Inconsiderate hiring practices.
