3 long and detailed interviews. Had to set aside hours of time which I completely respected.. It is good practice to hire slow. The position I ended up being offered was outweighed heavily by another offer w/ a much more personal interview process. They Rey Rey process is set up so machines can do most everything in deciding if you work there or not.

I applied for a job, got 2 emails from a recruiter asking me to take additional steps, as they were interested in proceeding. I took about an hour and a half of my time completing a brand new application, and doing very well on their assessment. Then, 2 days later, I got a rejection email, without so much as a phone call. I found this unprofessional enough to share my experience. Inconsiderate hiring practices.
