Reynolds and Reynolds is huge on two things: salary and testing. Before we even got started they were honing in on the money question. I had given a fairly low answer and immediately they replied "would you take less". Somehow I managed to get through the phone screen and got invited to the in person interview. I was led to a huge room full of computers and a bunch of kids 20 years younger than me. We had to do some sat type test on the computer. Those stupid analogy questions. Finally I got annoyed and just kept hitting d. The test finished and I went into a waiting room. I was soon escorted out of the building.
