Let me state it in no unclear terms: this place is garbage.
First: The salary. $8.50/hr. I can make that working as a lifeguard or at a day camp. Guess again.
Second: The atmosphere. A bunch of fake plants, motivational posters that are more ironic than inspiring, and a high pressure testing room all add to the wonderful experience.
Third: The SAT test. I took the SAT, and I probably did better than anybody working at this pathetic company. No company that respects its employees gives them such a basic test. I can add and subtract Reynolds. It's not hard.
Fourth: The invasive personality test. WHY DO YOU CARE IF I SMOKE?
Never recruit at Rice again because I'll make sure nobody ever interviews with you again.

The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Aptitude tests contained a lot of mathematics-related questions when that didn't relate to my role.

Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.

Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
