Challenging interview process, however if you are willing to stick it through it can be rewarding 1. Contacted initially to complete an online assessment (job application, aptitude, math etc). 2. Got invited into the office for another testing (very repetitive to the one done previously, they may use this as a verification). 3. After my in-office testing I was asked to stay to meet with a recruiter that day. (There was over 10 people writing the assessment alongside myself and I was the only one held back). Yayy!? 4. Two days later received an email from the recruiter I met indicating interest they had in me, was scheduled a Skype interview with a Senior Exec. 5. Skype Interview: went really well, sociable exec on the other side. Felt like I was talking to a friend, we spoke about my past experiences etc. 6. Received a phone call from Dayton, OHIO requesting another Skype interview with another Senior Exec. 7. Will update!
