I had applied for a different position with a different company and the Recruiter contacted me. As we were talking and he was reviewing my work history, he mentioned that he had a perfect fit for my experience, but an offer had just been provided to another candidate and they were waiting on his response. A day later the Recruiter contacted me and said the candidate had rejected the offer and he would submit me for consideration. The next day the Recruiter again contacted me and he said that Reyco would like to talk with me the next day on A phone interview with the VP of Engineering. I had the initial phone interview with the VP of Engineering and that went very well. The next day Reyco arranged a video conference interview with the same VP of Engineering, who was a great guy and was very supportive of me during the interview, which includes the President of Reyco and the HR Manager. This interview went very well and and offer followed the next day. This was done very professionally by Reyco and was quite a good experience.
