Terrible Interviewer - was late to the interview, seemed disinterested from start, interviewer was vaping which shocked me. Had prepared for usual interview questions, where do you see yourself? why work here? what are your weaknesses? etc - didnt ask any of these, instead wanted to focus on back end technical queries. Tried to add in some strong points for me as a candidate but felt i was having two separate conversations with the interview - one answering their vague questions and one where i was trying to input my qualities and strengths. There was a number of comments on how they have a high-turnover and how the company isnt for everybody, was quite alarming as it actually came across as a ref flag. Totally disappointing process as didn't feel i got to discuss anything about me and my experience and what i could bring to the role....Truth be told, from looking at reviews from people working there i think I've dodged a bullet.
