7 stages in a recruitment process that was initially promised to consist of 4. That alone was confusing and frankly, unprofessional. Still, I went through all of it — personality tests, skill tests, and at least four separate interviews with different people across the company. Up until Stage 5, everything was smooth. I consistently received extremely positive feedback, and after the skills interview, I was explicitly told that I did great and should expect to hear back shortly with next steps. Well — the next step turned out to be a generic rejection email saying that “after careful evaluation, we’ve decided not to move forward.” No feedback, no explanation. This entire process consumed an enormous amount of time and energy — time I could have spent pursuing other opportunities. It left me with the clear impression that either something went seriously wrong on their end, or that there is a complete lack of communication between departments. Honestly? I regret applying at all.

5 stages (including roleplays), got to the final stage and given an offer then ghosted for 3 months until a recruiter reached out about the same role, went through another 3 stages just to get ghosted
