Disappointing Follow-Up After Interview The interview itself went decently well. It was conducted by an interviewer based in Spain, and they were friendly and professional. We discussed my background and the role in detail, and I felt like we covered the key points. However, the most frustrating part of the process was the lack of follow-up after the interview. While I understand that things can take time, I didn’t receive any feedback or updates despite waiting for a considerable period. It was disappointing as it left me uncertain about my application status and gave me the impression that communication could be better. While the interview experience itself wasn’t bad, the lack of closure on their end definitely impacted my overall impression of the company. It would have been helpful to receive at least a brief update, whether positive or negative, to understand where I stood in the process.
