We take finding the right fit for our teams very seriously, and a technical challenge is a great way for candidates to show their technical skills and ability to think outside of the box. Our technical challenges are intended to resemble work you might tackle on the job, however they are not applicable to real work at Wistia and could not be used in any way other than assessing a candidate’s technical abilities.
