Interview process took 2-3 days. They found my resume and emailed me. Casual meeting with the owner who was very casually dressed. Didn't appear to be a job with too much "pressure" on the employees (total staff of like 6). Place looked ok and was certainly not a business setup for "walk in" customers. Overall the interview process was very easy
