They do not have a defined process. The interviewers and the HR have a large communication gap between. The gap between Indian and the US team is immensely large. I was called by the US team explaining all the processes in their organization and approved my resume for further interview. It was mentioned that I would be spoken about my previous experience and the company process. However, during the day, the HR in the India team came up with an entirely new process where I was asked to do a coding round, stating that I was already informed. The coding round followed by a discussion came stated the requirements to be completely different from what was mentioned in my profile and approved by the team. Complete Garbage! Do not waste time attending their interviews beleiving the HR team. I asked a clarification about few aptitude question from the HR and the HR has no clue about it and neither would get it clarified.
