Two interviews, each a panel of just under an hour including a few attorneys and one paralegal, the process is designed to be equitable but in doing so, it is incredibly impersonal and difficult to connect with any interviewer.

A panel of four attorneys asked questions about my experience and interest working at the firm. I got to ask questions to current paralegals. Then I had a proofing exercise.
