While all the rounds were generally positive, the VP’s engagement seemed lacking from the start. After following up twice without a response, I received an email 21 days later at 2 AM informing me that we had not moved forward despite our efforts. This decision was made after a 4-week process. Must be interviewing other folks, have you as a backup, and waiting for the qualified candidate to sign the offer sheet.
