I was given a tour and a half an hour interview which felt pretty rushed. They did not put me at ease. The questions ranged widely but they cut me off while I was talking and one interviewer was late. Also make sure to arrive bang on time as you won't be allowed in early. Go into more detail as much as you can. That was my reason for not getting an offer.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
