All skills and experience driven. Can't remember the questions exactly. A very short background check, after that just behaviours and experience. The first interview was about 1 hour. Started with a company presentationen and then a very good description of the process. We then spend almost 45 minutes about my experiences of some model they are using (don't remember the name). Very good that it was so structured!
