Then the second round is the F2F HR. They simply asked questions just for namesake. The real deal is, if you are a fresher, you can join immediately without any problem. the only thing is that, there would be 2 years bond and the pay is really less. 12k is the salary but only 10k take home. if you are ok with it, then you are most welcome to join.
