Got ghosted after the interview by both hiring manager and recruiter. Would not recommend this company. If they treat candidates this way, I can only imagine how their internal culture is.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are possible HTTP headers in an API response?
Many red flags during CPO interview: (1) Late. (2) Held interview during his paternity leave. Not a good example of work-life balance. No trust that his employees or process could hire without him. (3) After 6+ years of working at the company, he appears to be skating by on past accomplishments (4) Unable to demonstrate strong ethics, morals, and values. Barely even recognized the question. So it appears they have no ethics aside from greed.
Regardless, their process is broken: (1) Too many product-sense interviews. (2) Require an IN-PERSON INTERVIEW for a REMOTE role. (3) Unethical to ask us to solve current problems they are facing.
Overall impression — Very intense attitude. Workaholics. No balance. Rapid changes, even for a startup. Immature for a late stage startup. Lack of trust. Lack of empathy and sympathy. Their process only reinforces whether you “drink the kool-aid” of being an aggressive, ambitious, workaholic employee. Or at least show the facade of doing so. The current job market only enables these toxic behaviors, which are ultimately self-destructive to the business.

Overly lengthy interview process: (1) Recruiter screen (2) Live product sense interview (3) Virtual onsite 1: Two product sense interviews (4) Virtual onsite 2: Another product sense interview on a project that we are facing today. (5) PHYSICAL ON-SITE INTEVIEW — for a role that is remote on the job description. They would fly me out to the HQ for CULTURE-FIT interview with the executives. One day they will realize how much time and $$$ they are wasting just because they won't trust or train their people.
