Asked for a paper application in person and filled it out. The boss talked to me and asked me several questions. I was offered the job on the spot and told to come in the next day for training.

The manager examined my resume and asked about availability/flexibility/customer service experience. They asked if I had any questions about the position. I was given paper application for the hostess position.
