Very friendly and welcoming, managers were approachable. Very laid back, they helped guide me throughout the whole process. The host and servers were also welcoming, interesting, and excited to have me present.

Easy, just talk about yourself. There is no preparation necessary. They are just looking for good, honest people that have integrity and care about other people and their job. Why is this making me write so many words. I do not have anything else to say. I just want to see other jobs interview processes.
