1 quick 15 minute phone call interview with the recruiter. She just asked the typical why do you want to leave your current position, salary expectations, and what I currently do at my job. Then said she would ask the managers for their availability for an interview. Was mainly communicating with me via text message. Then did 1 one-hour long interview with the 3 managers via Microsoft teams. Was given an offer the next day but had to decline. Whole process took about 2 weeks.
