Asked them about the company culture and what the role needs Told them about what I am looking to do in my career and how that may not be a good fit That's when the interviewer lost it and basically said "you're probably going into management and I mean that's fine if that's what you can do, we have PhDs doing all the research, anyone else is too dumb"
