The hiring process was simple. You show up at the shop, fill out an application, and sign a contract. The only questions I received was regarding my availability AFTER I brought it up. The person in charge would then explain the contract and how the business works. My first year, I called the company in November and asked if they were hiring. I was told to come in and fill out some paperwork. My second year with the company I was called back to come in and sign a contract when the season began.
