Applied over LinedIn. Recriter arranged the interview with Hiring Manager. It went well.
2 weeks no update. Then recruiter arranged interview with some other Hiring manager. 1 week No further update.
Again they conducted 4 more rounds of technical interviews.
Finally HR discussed on my current pay and no further update.
They should have asked what is my current pay and they have capacity to pay for the role rather wasting the candidate time.

Question 1
No proper structure of the questions. Just randomly asked some questions which are not relevant to the role. Seems Interviewers are not prepared and dont know what to ask.
