      This was the most impersonal interview experience I've ever had. I answered a few paragraph length responses to questions just to apply. About a week after applying, I received an invite for a 6-question self interview recording myself answering questions. A few days after completing the self interview, I received an invite to do a one hour timed "business case interview" which entails you responding to 3 real email ticket examples for Ramp support. These are 3-part questions per email. To schedule this business case interview, I had to select 14 days of availability out of 15 days to choose from. After selecting the dates, I didn't receive a confirmation but a few days later, I received an email instructing me to start the business case and I had 1 hour to complete it (from the time the email was sent). I'm glad I was by my computer - started a few minutes late but knocked it out right away. I replied to the person who sent the business case interview assignment after completing it and received an out of office response. This must've meant that person scheduled the email to be sent to me while they are out of office and never sent me a confirmation email beforehand to be expecting this interview at a certain time or date. A few days after completing this business case (took 1 hour), I received a canned rejection response with no feedback to provide. During this entire process, I never had the opportunity to speak to a person or ask any of my questions. A very one-sided interview process and would not recommend. I believe the interview process should not be a one-way street.

      After applying, got an automatic email reply with links to complete two separate initial AI screenings. One was a timed assessment and the other was an AI interview. The AI interview let's you record your answer to questions twice which was nice and the assessment was fairly straightforward but also open-ended. Use time accordingly. 30 minutes total.

      Applied first. Then got an acknowledge email. But then, I got confused because they sent a recording interview, a test and an online interview. Did not know if I had to finish the others before the online interview. But well.

      I Applied online, you have to ensure you have an updated resume to pass the AI screening. Then had a virtual recorded interview with pre-recorded questions. There was no interviewer, just questions that were shown to be answered within a certain time frame. Then another written timed interview, then phone interview
