-Initial call with the recruiter (fifteen minutes)
-2 zoom interviews with other admin members (thirty minutes each)
-finale zoom interview with 2 partners (2 x 30 mniutes)

Tell me a little bit about yourself. Why Ramp? Do you have any questions for us? Why are you leaving your current job? General conversation with great people.
Very impersonal with AI interviews and convoluted assessments. Really hated the process and never speaking to a human. The assessments also were not hard but seemed purposefully confusing..weird all around
