I was looking for a next level company, so got invited first to a phone screening. This was mostly about technical details, then invitation to an onsite interview with a hiring manager with solving abstract and practical cases.

Mine was regular rambling and always off the rails. It is always different depends on everything - positions you are applying, the hiring manager, interviewer. Safe to say that there are no two alike stories in hiring at Rambler. If you are lucky and you have a competent hiring manager that will move the process, you will get along in a couple of weeks. Expect delays and deadlocks otherways.
