Applied online. Received phone call a month later. First interviewed was with store manager and district manager. District manager led the interview, asked about recent job duties and stated expectations for management since it was a new store. A week later, interviewed with Regional manager, amazing gentleman. Quotations were more about me. About a month after got a job offer.
