At my store - there is a simple, basic paper application. The same kind of application that you see in any sort of retail job. No resume was necessary. I received a call the next day by the hiring manager that wanted to see me. He asked me about my retail experience (which was very minimal at the time) as well as what would qualify me to be an excellent sales associate. The next interview was with the store manager who asked me more of the personality, work ethic questions. At the end of the interview, the store manager gave me a piece of paper with a website and a survey code. It was one of the surveys that dealt with lying and personality.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
If you see a fellow associate stealing - what would you do? (I had very little retail experience before. But many retail companies tend to always ask this question. Be confident in your answers.)
The interview process was inefficient, and needlessly long. I spoke to 4 people about the role and it took months, wish the process had been more streamlined and more clarity on timeline.

Question 1
How will you keep yourself motivated about the work we do?
open dialogue, conversational, personal in style and wanted to ascertain if I would fit the team more than technical skills, approachable and made an effort to be put at ease

It was nice and relax, asked basic questions, and got job offer on spot. I did get referred by a recruiter. No need to stress about it, just be professional and for the dress code I would say casual business.
